Canyon County Republican voters will have 10 candidates to choose from for four county races in Idaho’s primary elections on Tuesday, May 17.

Three candidates each are running for county commissioner for Districts 2 and 3, and two candidates each are running for coroner and clerk. No Democrats filed for candidacy.

Commissioner District 2: Commissioner Keri Smith is running for reelection to a four-year term against Greenleaf Mayor Brad Holton and Connie Constantine.

District 2 includes most of Caldwell and south Nampa and includes Greenleaf, Notus and Parma.

Commissioner District 3: Commissioner Pam White is running for reelection to a four-year term against Zachary Brooks and Victor Holliday.

District 3 includes most of Nampa.

Clerk: Canyon County Clerk Chris Yamamoto is seeking a fourth four-year term. He faces Sandra Bowden.

Coroner: Jennifer Crawford is seeking her second four-year term. She faces Mike Pullin.
