The 2A All-Idaho football team is out. Did your favorite player earn a spot?

PLAYER OF THE YEAR

Pete Knudson, McCall-Donnelly

The dual-threat QB led the Vandals to their second runner-up trophy in program history. The 6-4, 210-pound senior and student body president threw for 2,485 yards with 38 TDs and six INTs. He added 978 rushing yards and nine TDs at 11 yards per carry.

“Pete is by far the best QB I’ve seen in the 2A ranks,” Declo coach Josh Stewart said. “He ran their offense to perfection and was deadly accurate with the football.”

COACH OF THE YEAR

Tyson Moser, West Side

This was supposed to be a rebuilding year. Instead, the Pirates won their third title since 2010 under Moser.
