BOYS TRACK & FIELD
Tyler Sainsbury, Rocky Mountain: Ran the fastest 1,600 meters in the country so far this spring at 4 minutes, 4.91 seconds to win the Pasco Invitational in Washington.
Braden Ankeny, Marsing: Won the 200 (22.73 seconds) and the 400 (52.20) at the Middleton Invite. He also was second in the 100 (11.40), and owns 2A’s best marks in the 100 and 200.
AJ Ringert, Eagle: Won the 3,200 at the Boise Relays in 9:33.00 and set a new school record with a second-place finish in the 1,600 (4:20.62).
Seth Nelson, Boise: Topped 16 feet, 4 inches in the pole vault to win the Boise Relays and set a new state-leading mark by 19 inches.
Victor Byaundaombe, Capital: Added to his all-class lead in the triple jump at the Boise Relays with a jump of 47-1.5 for a first-place finish.
Joseph Miraya, Mountain View: Took first at the Boise Relays with a shot put throw of 54-10, the second best mark in Idaho this season.
Patrick Monahan, Bishop Kelly: Set a new 4A-leading mark by winning the high jump at the Boise Relays at 6-4. He also took second in the long jump at 22-1, the second best 4A jump this year.
Brayden Walker, Weiser: Won the 300 hurdles at the Middleton Invite in a 3A-leading time of 23.80 seconds. He also led the Wolverines’ 4x400 team to a win in a 3A-leading time of 3:34.61.
Caleb Davis, Fruitland: Brought home a pair of gold medals from the Middleton Invite, winning the 100 hurdles (15.65) and the high jump (6-4).
Thomas Duerre, Nampa Christian: Won the triple jump at the Middleton Invite with a 2A-leading mark of 42-6.
Kawika Schlenker, Liberty Charter: Won both the 800 (2:03.95) and 1,600 (4:42.15) at the Middleton Invite.

GIRLS TRACK & FIELD
Christine Huckins, Skyview: The freshman set a new school record by winning the 200 meters at the Middleton Invite in 25.77 seconds. She also helped Skyview’s 4x100 relay set a school record with a win at 49.99 seconds, and ran a leg of the winning medley relay (1:55.50).
Taliah Rogers, Victory Charter: The freshman set a school record in the 400 (1:02.55) to finish first at the Nampa Quad. She also won the 800 (2:28.49) at the meet, the third fastest time at the 1A level this spring.
Liv Mortensen, Owyhee: Won the 300 hurdles at the Boise Relays at 46.72 seconds, the fourth best time in Idaho this season. She also ran a leg of the winning, co-ed 4x400 relay.
Kailee Lerew, Weiser: Set a new 3A-leading time in the 400 (1:01.02) with a first-place finish at the Middleton Invite. She also ran a leg of the second-place 4x400 relay, which also set a new 3A-leading time (4:14.30).
Allie Bruce, Boise: Finished first in the 800 (2:17.18) and the 1,600 (5:02.59) at the Boise Relays. Her 800 time is the fastest in Idaho this season, and her 1,600 time ranks third.
Eva Lowder, Centennial: Cleared 13 feet to win the pole vault at the Boise Relays and set a new state-leading mark by a foot.
Sydney Hyde, Mountain View: Unleashed a triple jump of 36 feet, 8.25 inches to finish first at the Boise Relays. That’s the best jump at the 5A level this year.
Maddie Romberg, Borah: Swept the throwing events at the Boise Relays with wins in the shot put (37-6) and discus (119-6).
Lydia Lindsey, Fruitland: Captured gold medals in the 100 meters (12.52) and long jump (17-4) at the Middleton Invite. Her 100 time is the fastest at the 3A level this season.
Kaylee Wuest, Ridgevue: Recorded a 4A-leading discus throw of 121-4 to finish sixth at the Pasco Invitational.
Kinlee Garrett, Homedale: Took over the 3A season-long lead in the 100 hurdles by winning the Middleton Invite at 16.11 seconds.
Rozzlyn Cazier, Melba: Swept the distance events at the Middleton Invite, winning the 1,600 (5:31.99) and the 3,200 (11:54.01). Her 1,600 time is the best among 2A runners this season, and her 3,200 ranks second.
