SOFTBALL

Megan Meracle, Borah: Struck out 16 in a 7-3 win against Kuna. She went the distance and held the Kavemen to three runs on six hits.

Lizzy Tommasini, Eagle: Threw a no-hitter and struck out nine in a 3-1 win at Borah. She also went 6-for-10 with two doubles, a home run and two RBIs in three victories.

Olivia Stone, Capital: Ripped a walk-off double in the bottom of the seventh inning to lead the Eagles to a 7-6 win against Kuna. She also went 2-for-2 with three RBIs in a win against Centennial.

Jewel Bell, New Plymouth: Threw a no-hitter and struck out 18 in a 7-0 win vs. Marsing.

Hailee Stephenson, Emmett: Delivered a two-run, walk-off single in a 7-6 win over Vallivue. She also went 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and two RBIs in a 14-7 victory vs. Columbia.

Aly Marion, Nampa Christian: Led the Trojans to a 5-1 record by going 9-for-19 with three doubles, a home run and 10 RBIs.

Delaney Wright, Timberline: Homered twice and drove in six runs in a 16-9 win over Middleton. She finished the week 8-for-12 with two doubles and eight RBIs in three games.

Jorja Crider, Middleton: Homered in all three games last week, finishing 10-for-14 with two doubles, four home runs and eight RBIs.

Samantha Hatzenbeller, Owyhee: Led the Storm to a 3-0 week by going 9-for-11 at the plate with three doubles, three home runs and eight RBIs.

Olivia Asumendi, Homedale: Struck out 13 in seven innings to throw a one-hit shutout in a 5-0 win vs. Payette. She also went 3-for-7 with two doubles and six RBIs in two wins.

Faith Nichols, Bishop Kelly: Went 6-for-10 with three doubles, a home run and nine RBIs in wins over Centennial and Skyview.

Rylee Mangum, Kuna: Threw a five-inning, five-hit shutout and struck out nine in a 12-0 win over Boise.
