BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tucker Tiddens, Ridgevue: Erupted for 32 points to lead the 12-seeded Warhawks to a 57-54 win at Centennial in a 6A District Three Tournament play-in game.
Colton Dennis, Borah: Scored 19 points on 7-for-13 shooting and added four assists in a 57-53 upset of Eagle in a 6A District Three Tournament play-in game.
David McNamara, Capital: Finished with 22 points and five rebounds while shooting 8-for-15 from the floor in a 63-56 win over Timberline to clinch the second seed in the 6A District Three Tournament.
Xander Wilson, Vallivue: Had 13 points and 13 rebounds as the Falcons knocked off first-place Middleton 61-46.
Blake Hansen, Columbia: Recorded double-doubles in wins over Emmett (22 points, 14 rebounds) and Nampa (10 points, 10 rebounds).
Luke Henry, Homedale: Sank 4-of-9 3-pointers to score 19 points, and added nine rebounds in a 56-52 win against Fruitland.
Lincoln Mathis, Ambrose: Racked up 26 points, 10 rebounds, three steals and two blocks in a 69-49 win vs. Parma.
Thomas Knuteson, Garden Valley: Finished with 23 points and seven rebounds on senior night in a 64-47 win against Salmon River.
