Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

BOYS BASKETBALL

Liam Campbell, Owyhee: Averaged 22.5 points and eight rebounds in the 5A District Three Tournament semifinals and finals, shooting 16-for-30 (53%) from the floor to lead the Storm to back-to-back district titles.

Dyson Judd, Mountain View: Scored 20 points on 10-for-13 shooting to lead the Mavericks to a 65-43 win over Timberline in the 5A District Three Tournament semifinals and punch their ticket to state.

Alex Ko, Timberline: Sank 6-of-9 3-pointers and scored 26 points to lead the Wolves to a state tournament berth with a 66-45 win over Centennial.

Landon White, Eagle: Racked up 18 points, 19 rebounds and three steals as the Mustangs clinched a spot at state with a 75-73 win over Meridian.

Joseph Behrend, Bishop Kelly: Had 15 points, six rebounds and three assists in the Knights’ 52-49 win over Skyview to repeat as 4A District Three champions.

Eloy Chaparro, Skyview: Erupted for 28 points on 7-for-14 shooting to send the Hawks to state with a 59-49 win vs. Ridgevue. He also had six rebounds and three steals.

Jaxon Dines, Homedale: Drained 7-of-9 3-pointers and finished with 33 points, seven rebounds and five assists in a 67-58 win vs. Fruitland in the 3A District Three Tournament championship.

Cache Beus, Melba: Finished with 21 points and seven rebounds to lead the undefeated Mustangs to a 56-52 win over Cole Valley Christian in the 2A District Three Tournament title game.

Luke Starner, Liberty Charter: Had 10 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks in the Patriots’ 31-30 win over Victory Charter for the 1A Division I District Three title.
