Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.
BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Stephen Egan, Eagle: Struck out 10 while giving up one unearned run on two hits to record a complete-game victory in a 2-1 win over Timberline.
Brennan Davis, Boise: Threw a complete-game, one-hit shutout and struck out seven in a 1-0 victory at Centennial.
DJ Brokaw, Middleton: Went 5-for-10 with a triple, a home run and five RBIs in three wins for the Vikings.
Chase Casagrande, Bishop Kelly: Went 6-for-11 with three doubles and five RBIs in three wins for the Knights.
Brittyn Garman, Nampa: Threw a three-hit shutout and struck out three in seven innings to lead the Bulldogs to a 3-0 win at Vallivue.
Jesse Krahn, Skyview: Went 5-for-8 with a double, a home run and three RBIs in three wins for the Hawks.
Carson Fine, Homedale: Went 7-for-10 with two doubles, four RBIs and two stolen bases in three games.
Kaden Cole, Parma: Lost a no-hit bid on the final batter during a 3-2 win over Marsing. He finished the night giving up one hit and two unearned runs while striking out seven.
Cooper Brooks, Melba: Struck out 16 and held opponents to one unearned run on five hits in 10 innings across two appearances.
Luke Fox, North Star Charter: Went 6-for-7 with a double, a triple and six RBIs in wins over Glenns Ferry and Gem State. He also threw three scoreless innings and struck out six.
