BOYS TRACK & FIELD
Grayson Benitez, Notus: Brought home three gold medals from the 1A WIC Championships, winning the 100 meters (11.44 seconds), 200 meters (23.14) and running a leg of the winning 4x200 relay (1:35.48). He also finished second in the long jump 20-0.5.
Trevion Walker, Caldwell: Swept the 100 (11.02) and 200 (22.43) at the Canyon Country Championships.
Victor Byaundaombe, Capital: Retook the all-class lead in the triple jump with a jump of 47 feet, 8,5 inches at the Boise City Championships.
Cam Davis, Bishop Kelly: Won the long jump at the Boise City Championships at 23 feet, the longest jump at the 4A level and the second longest in all of Idaho this season.
Noe Kemper, Boise: Ran the second-fastest 800 (1:53.41) in Idaho this year to win the Boise City Championships.
Kai Twaddle-Dunham, Centennial: Swept the shot put (56-9.5) and discus (139-9) at the Gary Gorrell Twilight Classic. His shot put throw ranks second in Idaho this year.
Caleb Davis, Fruitland: Ran a 3A-leading 110 hurdles time of 15.31 for a first-place finish at the Probst Walker Invite.
Ryan Golenor, Cole Valley Christian: Unleashed a 2A-leading long jump of 21-6 for a first-place finish at the Probst Walker Invite.
McKoy Richardson, Melba: Won the 110 hurdles at the Canyon County Championships in 14.72 seconds, the best time in 2A and third best overall in Idaho this season. He also won the 400 (50.10) and finished second in the 300 hurdles and long jump.
Caleb Washington, Ridgevue: Won three gold medals at the Canyon County Championships, finishing first in the long jump (21-4.5), triple jump (42-5) and running a leg of the winning 4x100 (43.58).

GIRLS TRACK & FIELD
Lydia Nance, Boise: Set a new all-class leading time of 2:14.67 in the 800 to win the Boise City Championships. She also led Boise to an all-class leading 4x400 relay time of 4:00.63.
Savina Tulilov, Capital: Uncorked a triple jump of 37-1 at the Boise City Championships, tied for the longest jump in Idaho this year.
Avery Navest, Timberline: Swept the 100 (12.88) and 200 (25.72) at the Boise City Championships.
Millie Bledsoe, Borah: Captured two titles at the Boise City Championships, winning the 100 hurdles (16.54) and 300 hurdles (47.56).
Asia Lawyer, Centennial: Brought home three gold medals from the Gary Gorrell Twilight Classic, winning the 200 (26.16), long jump (17-5.5) and running a leg of the winning 4x100 (49.52).
Josie Davis, Owyhee: Won a pair of events at the Gary Gorrell Twilight Classic — the high jump (5-0) and triple jump (35-5).
Adeline Wimer, Columbia: Finished first in the 200 (25.33) and 400 (57.95) at the Canyon County Championships.
Tatum Richards, Emmett: Extended her 4A lead in the pole vault by clearing 12-6 at the Probst Walker Invite. She also won the 100 hurdles (15.40).
Kailee Lerew, Weiser: Ran a 3A-leading 400 time of 1:00.77 for a first-place finish at the Pilgrim Invite. She also led the Wolverines to a win in the 4x100 (52.29).
Meya Young, Melba: Recorded a new 2A-leading long jump of 17-9.5 at the Canyon County Championships. She also led Melba to gold in the 4x200 relay (1:47.03).
