“These honorees aren’t just talking the talk,” Inc. said. “Their benefits, growth opportunities and team values are having a real impact on the employee experience.”

How did Inc. come up with its list?
Companies looking to make Inc.’s list must first apply and meet certain requirements.
The publication then works with Quantum polls to ask workplaces which benefits, from health insurance to wellness, they offer their employees. The polling group said it takes “inventory” of the benefits offerings and scores each company.
Finally, each of the companies that qualify for the final list are vetted in a “rigorous process,” Inc. said.
