Boise

TDS Metrocom LLC leased 1,200 square feet of retail space at 3335 N. Five Mile Road, reports Cushman & Wakefield Pacific Commercial Realty Advisors.

TDS Fiber plans to expand its internet service to about 26,000 homes and businesses in Boise, providing competition to Sparklight and CenturyLink.

The Boise Planning and Zoning Commission approved a conditional use permit sought by Ryan Erstad of Rocky Mountain Cos. for a tap room for an unnamed brewery in the former Lone Cone headquarters at the northeast corner of Broad and 3rd streets.

The development will involve renovating an existing warehouse into a tap room and replacing a parking lot with a large patio.

Dharma Sushi & Thai is seeking an occupancy permit for its commissary kitchen at 700 S. 17th St. The space had previously been used as an office, private storage and a kitchen.

The popular restaurant had been preparing its food in a 400-square-foot space in a home on 8th Street and then delivering it to the restaurant, now at 122 N. 5th St.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a permit to build a restaurant at 702 E. Boise Ave., across the street from Timberline High School. The restaurant would have 2,372 square feet.

Larry H. Miller Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Boise is seeking a permit to demolish its auto dealership showroom and build a new one at 222 S. Auto Drive.

The new showroom would have 52,000 square feet, 11,000 more than the existing one. The project is estimated to cost $1 million.

Modern Chiropractic Center is seeking a permit to build a medical office at 8631 W. Ardene St., south of Overland Road and west of Vinnell Street.

The one-story building would have 4,125 square feet.

Datum Tech Solutions is seeking a permit to remove a small storage room and two awnings from a former BMW motorcycle dealership showroom at 2816 S. Orchard St.

The Seattle company, which sells and rents construction technology and software, plans to build a service center to repair and calibrate equipment.

Mala Luna, a new business registered by Aimee Rossiter of Boise Fry Co., leased 1,498 square feet of retail space at 624 W. Idaho St., Colliers International reported.

Meridian

Greg Goins is seeking a conditional use permit for a multifamily development with 360 apartments and a plat for three buildable lots at 2600 and 2700 E. Overland Road.

The subdivision, which would be named Seasons at Meridian, would sit on 15.9 acres. City filings show a plan for public art, a community garden, a pool and walking trails on the property.

Apartments would include a combinations of studios and one-, two- and three-bedrooms apartments. They would range in size from 488 square feet to 1,328 square feet.

Meridian seeks to annex four acres at 2385 E. Lake Hazel Road for a fire station and a police substation.

The fire station would be 11,650 square feet, filings show, with living quarters, a kitchen, restrooms, office space and a fitness room.

The police substation would be 11,060 square feet and have office and meeting space, interview rooms, a break area, fitness and locker rooms and a contained sally port.

They would share parking and a trash enclosure.

The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the project at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 1.

Jakers Bar and Grill seeks to add a drive-thru at its location at 3268 E. Pine Ave.

The city’s Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled to hold a public hearing on the project at 6 p.m. Thursday, April 1.

Il Sugo, an Italian restaurant with a location in Boise, seeks to improve space at 1407 W. McMillian Road.

The restaurant includes dining space, a lounge, and an updated kitchen.

Kuna

Commercial Tire bought a 1.5 acre parcel located at 997 N. Meridian Road, TOK Commercial reports.

Eagle

Foxtail Senior Living Center is looking to expand from 77 rental assisted living units to 100 total at 2559 and 3600 W. Bavaria St.

The Eagle Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing on the project at 6 p.m. Monday, March 15 at Eagle City Hall. Testimony will be taken remotely via WebEx at cityofeagle.org/1698/Virtual-Meetings.

Nampa

Good Life Motors opened Tuesday at the former Paul’s Market location at 301 11th Ave. N.

The company was formerly known as Boise Auto Clearance.

Dutch Bros. Coffee opened a new coffee shop Wednesday at 16381 N. Marketplace Blvd.
