Yum, Boise! Longtime Idaho fast-food chain to celebrate ‘Free Cheeseburger Day’

It’s hard not to appreciate the traditional artery-clogging approach of local fast-food chain Bad Boy Burgers.

But sink your teeth into this deal.

On Monday, Dec. 15, all three Bad Boy Burgers restaurants will celebrate “Free Cheeseburger Day.”

All you have to do is show up. Bust out your phone and provide proof that you’re a Bad Boy Burgers follower on TikTok or Instagram. Then start scarfing down your free, delicious cheeseburger.

The all-day, followers-only promotion is limited to one free cheeseburger per person. And don’t forget: You also can order anything else at regular price, Bad Boy Burgers explained on its social media.

Make sure you’re following Bad Boy Burgers on TikTok or Instagram, and you’ll be biting into one of these bad boys.

“Bring your friends. Bring your family,” Bad Boy posted. “… Tag who you’re bringing!”

After nearly three decades, Bad Boy still plays things relatively straight in the burger universe: “Good is good, but Bad is better!” its motto declares. The namesake Bad Boy Burger is two quarter-pound patties, bacon, American cheese, Swiss cheese, chili, lettuce, tomato, pickles, ketchup and mustard.

In addition to selling hefty hamburgers, Bad Boy’s menu offers sandwiches such as a chicken or Philly, plus finger steaks, fries and salads. Bad Boy also cranks out all-day breakfast: a variety of burritos, bowls, egg sandwiches and the like.

Bad Boy Burgers opened its most recent location earlier this year at 2845 E. Overland Road, just west of Eagle Road. The family-owned brand also operates at 6875 S. Federal Way and at 815 S. Vista Ave., where it debuted in 1996.
