One month after consolidating, a Meridian restaurant’s flagship location is empty

Biscuit & Hogs appears to have closed its final location this week, just one month after it announced it was consolidating to focus on that location on Linder Road in Meridian.

A sign on the door in red ink told customers that the flagship location was “permanently closed” as of Friday.

“Thank you for your understanding,” the sign read.

Inside, a “Please Be Seated” sign beckoned to an empty store and parking lot.

Biscuit & Hogs opened the Linder Road location in January after launching in Ogden, Utah in 2023, according to previous Statesman reporting. But the Utah location is gone and the brand closed its original location on Overland Road last month.

At the time, Biscuit & Hogs wrote on Facebook that it was “thrilled” to announce the consolidation.

“This move ensures a more comfortable and enjoyable experience for both our customers and staff,” the restaurant wrote. “Our Linder location offers improved facilities, ensuring fantastic service and delicious food you love.”
