FOOTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Kaelan Custer, Rocky Mountain: Racked up 224 yards, including 148 rushing yards, and two touchdowns in a 49-14 win over Provo, Utah, at the Northwest Showdown.

Hudson Lewis, Timberline: Hauled in seven catches for 193 yards and four touchdowns in a 43-15 win over Nelson, Oregon, at the Northwest Showdown.

Luke Mikita, Eagle: Tallied seven tackles, four tackles-for-loss, a sack and blocked a punt in the end zone for a momentum-swinging touchdown in a 34-13 win against Skyview, Washington, at the Northwest Showdown.

Trevor Schoolfield, Boise: Went 14-for-23 for 274 yards and four touchdowns, and ran for 87 yards and another score in a 49-7, mercy-rule win over Laguna Creek, California, at the Northwest Showdown.

Asher Gaudet, Owyhee: Turned 28 offensive touches into 190 total yards and four touchdowns in a 28-20 victory vs. Capital.

Kade Hibbard, Middleton: Made five tackles, broke up four passes and returned a punt 70 yards for a touchdown in a 9-7 loss to Madison.

Ben Avella, Bishop Kelly: Finished 16-for-22 for 288 yards and four touchdowns to four different receivers in a 62-14 victory at No. 5 Minico.

Jackson Cheslak, Columbia: Ran for 91 yards and four touchdowns on nine carries in a 49-0 win over Caldwell.

Titus Vidlak, Fruitland: Racked up 462 total yards and four touchdowns in a 50-7 win vs. New Plymouth. He went 23-for-31 for 357 yards and three TDs through the air, and ran for 105 yards and another score.

Xavier Uranga, Homedale: Went 14-for-23 for 190 yards and five touchdowns to five different receivers in a 48-21 rout of Gooding.

Moe Montes, Marsing: Racked up 316 all-purpose yards and three touchdowns in a 67-8 win at Wendell. He ran for 180 yards and two TDs on 10 carries. He also returned a punt 70 yards for a score.

Dylan O’Brian, Nampa Christian: Hauled in eight catches for 106 yards and two TDs in a 34-20 win over McCall-Donnelly.
