Idaho may have awarded its high school football state trophies last week. But the season isn’t over yet.

The annual East-West Shrine All-Star Game gives 123 of the Treasure Valley’s top players one last opportunity to hit the field.

Middleton High will host the 25th edition of the all-star game Saturday. The 8-man (1A) game kicks off at 11 a.m., with the 11-man (5A, 4A, 3A, 2A) game following at 2 p.m.

The tradition returns after last year’s game was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Only seniors are eligible for the game.
