BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Logan Haustveit, Owyhee: Averaged 15.7 points and 4.7 rebounds to lead the Storm to a runner-up finish at the 6A state tournament.

Gabe Eddins, Centennial: Averaged 16.7 points and 3.3 assists to lead the Patriots to the third-place trophy at the 6A state tournament.

Jackson Edwards, Kuna: Led the Kavemen to the consolation trophy at the 6A state tournament by averaging 14 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game.

Quincey Clay, Capital: Broke the 6A state tournament single-game scoring record with 46 points in the consolation final. He averaged 30.7 points and 2.3 assists in three games.

Conor Goss, Bishop Kelly: Averaged 18.3 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.7 steals to lead the Knights to their first title since 1998 at the 5A state tournament.

Easton Lott, Columbia: Averaged 16.7 points and four rebounds to lead the Wildcats to a third-place trophy at the 5A state tournament, the best finish in program history.

Jamin Hughes, Cole Valley Christian: Led the Chargers to the 4A state championship by averaging 12.3 points, 4.7 rebounds, 4.3 assists and two steals per game.

Madix Miller, Garden Valley: Posted two double-doubles and averaged 12.7 points, 10.7 rebounds and 1.7 steals to lead the Wolverines to a second-place trophy at the 1A state tournament.

Jake Miller, Greenleaf: Averaged 11.3 points, 2.7 assists and two steals to lead the Grizzlies to the consolation trophy at the 1A state tournament, the program’s first trophy since 2007.
