BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Marcellus Clay, Capital: Led the Eagles to a 4-0 record and their bracket title at the Tarkanian Classic with 19.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 1.8 steals per game.

Hunter White, Meridian: Scored 15 points and added nine rebounds in a 59-58 overtime win against rival Mountain View.

Kaimana Nielson, Ridgevue: Sank a last-second, game-winning layup and scored 16 points in a 63-61 win at rival Vallivue.

Blake Hansen, Columbia: Had 25 points, nine rebounds, two assists and two steals in a 70-66 win at Twin Falls.

Lincoln Mathis, Ambrose: Put up 23 points, 11 rebounds, five assists and four steals in an 85-64 conference road win at Marsing.

Kellen Walbuck, Compass Charter: Averaged 21 points, 4.5 rebounds, three assists and 5.5 steals in wins over Wilder and Castleford.

Treyven Bauer, Horseshoe Bend: Racked up 30 points, four rebounds, four assists and a steal in a 48-45 win at Tri-Valley.
