BOYS BASKETBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Boden Howell, Owyhee: Helped the Storm win the Pro Image Sports Holiday Classic Championship by averaging 22.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game.
Will Huckaby, Cascade: Gave the Ramblers a 58-56 win over Marsing in the Small-School Showcase by hitting a 3-pointer with 8 seconds remaining. He totaled 17 points in the win.
Titus Vidlak, Fruitland: Scored the game-winning layup with 0.7 seconds left and totaled 20 points as the Grizzlies defeated Mountain Home 46-43.
Conrad Ness, Riverstone: Averaged 16.7 points, 7.0 steals and 4.7 rebounds as the Otters defeated North Star Charter, Victory Charter and Horseshoe Bend.
Cooper Patterson, Mountain View: Averaged 20.0 points and 7.3 rebounds per game to help the Mavericks defeat Nampa, Bishop Kelly and Minico.
Colton Urias, Greenleaf: Scored a game-best 32 points to lead the Grizzlies to a 74-55 victory over Salmon River.
Alex Ko, Timberline: Contributed an average of 13.0 points, 1.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game as the Wolves topped three Utah teams.
Lincoln Mathis, Ambrose: In games against Fruitland and Royal (WA) at the Pro Image Sports Holiday Classic, Mathis averaged 26.0 points, 11.5 rebounds, 3.5 steals and 3.5 blocks per game.
Kaimana Nielson, Ridgevue: Dropped 27 points to help the Warhawks defeat Middleton 68-55 in the Pro Image Sports Holiday Classic.
Dominik Betancourt, Vallivue: Totaled 20 points, three assists and one steal in the Falcons’ 84-36 nonconference victory over Wood River.
