GIRLS BASKETBALL

Tiana Sorenson, Homedale: Scored 15 points on 6-for-10 shooting and grabbed five rebounds in a 58-53 loss to Weiser in the 3A District Three Tournament.

Inara Ries, Ambrose: Averaged 20 points, 4.3 rebounds and 2.7 steals per game in three 2A District Three Tournament games, helping the Archers advance to the third-place game.

Avery Howell, Boise: Totaled 15 points, 10 rebounds and six assists in limited minutes in a first-round district win over Capital. She then had 28 points, including 21 in the second half, with 12 rebounds, two assists and two blocks in a district semifinal win over Owyhee.

Adyson Chadez, Marsing: Helped the Huskies win a 2A District Three Tournament play-in game over North Star Charter with 18 points and eight rebounds.

Rhianna Iveson, Council: Led the Lumberjacks to a No. 1 seed at the district tournament and a championship game appearance with 30 points, four rebounds, four steals and four assists against Salmon River, and 19 points, five rebounds and four steals against Garden Valley.

Emmi Swillie, Timberline: In three 5A District Three Tournament games, she averaged 16.7 points and 9.0 rebounds to keep the Wolves’ hunt for a state berth alive.

Addy Laible, Bishop Kelly: Contributed 16 points and nine rebounds in the Knights’ 47-42 win over Ridgevue, which secured the No. 1 seed at the 4A District Three Tournament.

Jennabelle Reece, Liberty Charter: In two 1A Division I District Three Tournament wins, she averaged 14 points, six rebounds and two steals per game.

Anna DaBell, Rocky Mountain: Helped the Grizzlies advance to the 5A District Three Tournament championship game, averaging 15.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in wins over Timberline and Middleton.

Aarey Harris, Parma: Helped the Panthers reach the 3A District Three Tournament championship game with 15 points and 13 rebounds in a win over Payette, and a team-best 12 points in a victory over McCall-Donnelly.
