GIRLS BASKETBALL
Kailee Lerew, Weiser: Scored 23 points with seven rebounds and four steals as the Wolverines defeated Parma 56-52 in overtime.
Hope Hailey, New Plymouth: Led the Pilgrims to a 2-1 record in 2A WIC play, scoring 16 points in a victory over Ambrose and 17 points in a win against Nampa Christian.
Rylie Calkins, Parma: Averaged 21 points and 6.3 rebounds per game in four 3A SRV contests, including surpassing the 1,000-point career milestone.
Olivia Asumendi, Homedale: In three games, she averaged 12 points and five rebounds, including a season-high 15 points and seven rebounds in a senior night win over Payette.
Stella Warren, Tri-Valley: In a tight 52-50 loss to Council in 1A Division II Long Pin action, she paced the Titans with 21 points, four assists and three steals.
Avery Howell, Boise: Helped the Brave stay unbeaten in 5A SIC play with a victory over Timberline in which she scored 26 points and had 14 rebounds and seven steals.
Natalie Goslin, Emmett: Dropped 28 points with eight rebounds in a 52-24 nonconference victory over Canyon Ridge.
Sydnie Rodriguez, Owyhee: Helped the Storm to a 3-0 week in 5A SIC play, including passing the 1,000-point career milestone.
Jada Ojukwu, Centennial: Averaged 19.5 points per game as the Patriots defeated Meridian and lost to Owyhee in 5A SIC action.
Rylee Walters, Salmon River: The Savages went 3-0 in 1A Division II Long Pin play as Walters averaged 19 points per game in wins over Garden Valley, Tri-Valley and Cascade.
