Idaho 4A baseball regional tournament: See the matchups, schedule
The seeds and matchups for the 4A baseball regional playoffs were set by the Idaho High School Activities Association on Sunday. See all the series matchups below.
The 4A regional round works a bit different from 6A and 5A. It features eight teams, and those eight teams will battle in four separate best-of-three series.
The winner of each series advances to the four-team state tournament at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls.

SEEDS FOR 4A REGIONAL TEAMS
The four highest-ranked champions from Idaho’s five districts in the MaxPreps rankings will host the regional series.
The Boise-based District Three is the only region to receive two automatic berths. The final two at-large berths are also awarded via MaxPreps rankings.
Below is the list of the overall seeds. These seeds will also be used for the state tournament.

- 2. Homedale (20-6) -- At-large berth
- 3. Marsh Valley (22-5) -- District 5 champ
- 4. Cole Valley Christian (14-9) -- District 3 runner-up
- 5. South Fremont (19-7) -- District 6 champ
- 6. Kimberly (15-6-1) -- District 4 champ
- 7. Filer (18-6-1) -- At-large berth
- 8. Timberlake (15-8) -- District 1 champ
