SOFTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Ali Knowles, Mountain View: Went 5-for-8 with a double, four home runs and seven RBIs in two games.
Adelyn McPherson, Middleton: Went 4-for-7 with two home runs and five RBIs in wins over Nampa and Bishop Kelly.
Josie Gregory, Borah: Went 4-for-6 with three home runs and 10 RBIs in wins over Centennial and Ridgevue.
Megan McCormick, Rocky Mountain: Threw five-inning no-hitter and struck out two in a 15-0 win over Kuna.
Hailey Brennan, Owyhee: Threw a five-inning no-hitter and struck out 15 of the 18 batters she faced in a 16-0 win over Capital. She also homered and drove in four runs in the game.
Mackenzie Owens, Eagle: Went 8-for-10 with three doubles, two triples, two home runs and nine RBIs to lead the Mustangs to a 3-0 week.
Lily Bittinger, Skyview: Went 3-for-4 with a double, two home runs and six RBIs in a 14-6 win over Emmett.
Addy Herrera, Cole Valley Christian: Blasted four home runs in a 28-1 win over Fruitland, finishing the week 9-for-13 with four doubles and 16 RBIs.
Quenna Hartley, Nampa Christian: Went 6-for-9 with a double, three home runs and eight RBIs in wins against Vision Charter and Nampa, including a grand slam in the victory against Nampa.
Olivia Visser, New Plymouth: Held Fruitland to one run on four hits while striking out nine in five innings during a 10-2 victory.
