BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Drew Holman, Middleton: Homered in three straight games and finished the week 5-for-13 with six RBIs.
Stephan Egan, Eagle: Threw a five-inning, one-hit shutout and struck out 11 of the 16 batters he faced in a 12-0 win over Borah.
Javin Ellett, Rocky Mountain: Went 7-for-13 with a double, a home run and seven RBIs in four games.
Landin Toothman, Kuna: Threw a complete-game, two-hit shutout and struck out five in a 5-0 win over Timberline.
Shelby Pease, Owyhee: Homered twice and went 3-for-10 with five RBIs to lead the Storm to a 3-0 record last week.
Bradley Norman, Nampa: Went 5-for-9 with a triple, four RBIs, eight runs scored and a stolen base in three games.
Ryker Tanore, Vallivue: Threw a five-inning no-hitter, giving up one unearned run and striking out five in a 28-1 win vs. Caldwell.
Lukas Hall, Homedale: Threw a five-inning, one-hit shutout and struck out nine in a 12-0 win over Nampa Christian. He also went 5-for-7 with five RBIs in two games.
Cooper Shaw, New Plymouth: Went 8-for-14 with a double, a triple, 11 RBIs and 12 runs scored to lead the Pilgrims to a 4-0 record last week.
Steel Chesire, Idaho City: Went 3-for-5 with two doubles, a triple and three RBIs in two games. He also struck out 10 in 4 ⅓ innings while allowing five runs (two earned) on five hits.
