VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Bella Hordemann, Owyhee: In wins over Meridian and Ridgevue, the Storm libero totaled 27 digs, 14 assists, three aces and a 2.07 passing average on 39 attempts.
Jenna Cox, Columbia: In a 25-19, 25-22, 25-17 sweep of Caldwell, Cox contributed eight kills, eight digs, two service aces and one block.
Racquel Gauna, Mountain View: The Mavericks topped Kuna and Eagle as the outside hitter collected 32 kills, 16 digs, seven service aces and a serve percentage of 95%.
Cora Taylor, Ridgevue: In matches against Owyhee and Centennial, Taylor amassed 37 kills, 16 digs, six blocks and five service aces.
Chloe Hansen, Rocky Mountain: The Grizzlies defeated Meridian and Capital in 6A SIC play and went 4-1 at the Twin Falls tournament as Hansen accumulated 54 kills, 29 digs and 10 service aces.
Katie Oostra, Centennial Baptist: The Mustangs defeated Idaho City, Gem State and Notus as Oostra totaled a team-leading 37 kills.
Bellamie Beus, Skyview: The Hawks swept Centennial and Borah in 6A SIC play as Beus racked up 35 kills, nine digs, four aces and three blocks.
McKenna Satterfield, Timberline: The Wolves outlasted Eagle in five sets in a 6A SIC match as Satterfield amassed 35 assists, 10 digs, three kills and one service ace.
