BASEBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Gage Haws, Owyhee: Went 8-for-10 with two doubles, two home runs and seven RBIs to lead the Storm to a 3-0 week. That includes a walk-off, solo home run in a 4-3 win over Borah.
Tate Keddington, Centennial: Picked up a pair of wins on the mound, throwing eight combined scoreless innings while allowing one hit and striking out nine.
Caleb Zawadzki, Eagle: Struck out all 10 batters he faced in three innings as part of a combined no-hitter with Stephen Egan and Andrew Palfreyman in a 5-0 win vs. Ridgevue.
Jeremiah Keithley, Middleton: Went 3-for-3 with two home runs and six RBIs in an 11-0 win against Meridian.
Brady Robinson, Borah: Led the Lions to a 3-1 win over Boise by holding the Brave to one unearned run on three hits while striking out 11.
Caden Werner, Capital: Went 9-for-15 with a double, a triple and three RBIs in four games.
Luca Quilici, Bishop Kelly: Threw a two-hit shutout and struck out 10 over seven innings in a 7-0 victory over Caldwell.
Parker Harrison, Columbia: Hit a walk-off single to lead the Wildcats to a 5-4 win over Nampa.
Landon Bushong, Fruitland: Went 5-for-8 with a home run and five RBIs to lead the Grizzlies to a 3-0 week.
Blake Wilson, Cole Valley Christian: Ripped a walk-off double in a 2-1 win over Marsing, part of a week that saw him go 11-for-16 with four doubles, a triple and five RBIs.
