GIRLS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK
Ava Bui, Centennial: Won back-to-back district titles at 100 pounds, earning two pins, a major decision and a 7-5 decision in the title match.
Charlee Noah, Tri-Valley: Earned five first-round pins on her way to the 120-pound district championship.
Katerina Ivanova, Bishop Kelly: Fought her way through the 132-pound bracket as the No. 6 seed, winning the district title match by pin at 1:22.
Zoe Fries, Kuna: Secured back-to-back district championships, winning by pin against all four wrestlers she faced at 138 pounds.
Gracin Dennis, Emmett: Broke through for the 145-pound district championship, winning by tech fall, pin and decision.
Elise Twait, Meridian: Won her third consecutive district championship, including three rounds by pin at 152 pounds.
Gavin Brown, Rocky Mountain: Claimed the 165-pound district championship and helped the Grizzlies win the team title by defeating an opponent in the title match who she had previously lost to three times.
Emry Woods, Eagle: Won all four rounds by pin on her way to the 185-pound district championship and a runner-up finish as a team.

BOYS WRESTLER OF THE WEEK
Blake Nevils, Meridian: Led the Warriors to the team title at the 6A SIC district tournament by dominating the 126-pound bracket with three pins and a tech fall.
Ryan Hirchert, Nampa: Pinned all three opponents he faced to capture his third straight district title with the 106-pound crown at the 6A SIC district tournament.
Draven Johns, Caldwell: Rolled to the 132-pound championship at the 6A SIC district tournament with four pins and a major decision to win his third straight district championship.
Chaz Ponton, Mountain View: Won the 175-pound title at the 6A SIC district tournament by pinning three of the five opponents he faced.
Anthony Toomey, Eagle: Captured the heavyweight crown at the 6A SIC district tournament with three tech falls and two pins.
Ryan Lewis, Middleton: Led the Vikings to the team title at the 5A SIC district tournament by pinning all three opponents he faced in the 175-pound bracket.
Carlos Valdez, Bishop Kelly: Posted three straight pins in the 157-pound bracket at the 5A SIC district tournament to win his second straight district title.
Calvin Kimball, Vallivue: Scored three first-round pins for the 190-pound title at the 5A SIC district tournament.
Sam Buck, Emmett: Racked up four straight pins to repeat as the heavyweight champ at the 5A SIC district tournament.
Kaden MacKenzie, Fruitland: Earned his fourth straight district title and led the Grizzlies to the team crown at the 4A SRV tournament with two pins and a tech fall in the 157-pound division.
Trevor Paynter, Homedale: Used two first-round pins to win the 113-pound title and his second straight district championship at the 4A SRV tournament.
Kash Cobb, Weiser: Scored two first-round pins and a tech fall for the 175-pound title at the 4A SRV tournament for his third district championship.
Gabriel Cox, New Plymouth: Rode two first-round pins in the 3A WIC’s 190-pound division to capture his fourth straight district title.
Jace Waggoner, Tri-Valley: Racked up three first-round pins for the 150-pound title at the 3A WIC district tournament.
