VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Reata Atnip, Cascade: In their final game of the 1A District Three Tournament, the Ramblers fell to Garden Valley, with Atnip going 4-for-4 from the service line with three kills and one dig.
Lacey Doughtery, Columbia: The Wildcats won the 5A District Three Tournament, with Doughtery racking up 44 digs, 41 kills and three aces.
Eliana Ti’a, Centennial: The Patriots qualified for state for the first time since 2017 as Ti’a contributed 50 kills, 23 digs, five blocks and five aces.
Madi Wilkins, Weiser: The Wolverines punched their ticket to state as Wilkins collected 57 assists, 58 digs and 21 kills. She also served 100% on all 77 service attempts, including five aces.
Bellamie Beus, Skyview: The Hawks swept Owyhee to win their 14th consecutive district championship, with Beus totaling 20 kills and 10 digs.
Tariah Carter, Melba: The Mustangs swept Ambrose for the 3A District Three championship as Carter amassed 16 kills and 12 digs.
Natalie Escutia, Wilder: The Wildcats took down Liberty Charter in three sets to win the 2A District Three Tournament, with Escutia totaling nine kills, eight digs, three blocks, one service ace and one assist.
Aliyah Meyer, Horseshoe Bend: The Mustangs defeated Council in four sets for the 1A District Three Tournament championship as Meyer registered 18 assists, 18 digs, 16 kills, three aces and one block.
