Help us choose the best of the best in the latest Idaho Statesman boys and girls soccer player of the week contests.

Polls close at noon Thursday. Read about all the candidates and their accomplishments below.

You can vote multiple times. This is meant to be a fun way to show support for athletes. This is not meant to be scientific.

Nominations are submitted by area coaches or taken from stats reported to the Idaho Statesman.

GIRLS SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Dilynn Revelle, Rocky Mountain: Scored the district championship-winning goal with a curling, left-footed shot in the 47th minute to lead the Grizzlies to a 2-1 victory over Bishop Kelly in the 6A District Three Tournament finals.

Caitlin Staats, Bishop Kelly: Buried the opening goal and added an assist in a 3-1 upset win over top-seeded Boise that sent the Knights to the 6A state tournament.

Annika Callender, Timberline: Hit the back of the net twice in a 3-0 win over Mountain View that clinched the Wolves a 6A state tournament berth.

Juliette Langlet, Boise: Stopped a shot in the shootout and converted a penalty kick of her own to clinch the Brave a 6A state tournament berth with a 1-1 (5-3 PKs) win over Owyhee.

Megan Stewart, Middleton: Made nine saves to lead the Vikings to a 2-1 win over Vallivue in the 5A District Three Tournament championship.

Baylee Rawlinson, Fruitland: Racked up four goals and an assist in an 8-2 win over Emmett in the 4A District Three semifinals, then scored the game winner on a penalty kick in the 80th minute of the district championship vs. Homedale.

BOYS SOCCER PLAYER OF THE WEEK

Rylan McPherson, Rocky Mountain: The senior striker helped the Grizzlies win back-to-back 6A District Three Tournament titles with a combined four goals in the semifinals and championship.

Baraka Dayi, Boise: The senior forward helped the Brave punch their ticket to state with two goals and one assist in the district semifinal and championship matches.

Easton Estes, Owyhee: The Storm advanced to the state tournament with the help of Estes, who combined for three goals in two district tournament games.

Amjed Salim, Mountain View: The Mavericks earned a spot at state with a 4-2 win over Eagle in which Salim scored two goals.

Jose Bonilla, Vallivue: The junior scored just his second goal of the season to help the Falcons defeat Columbia 2-1 for the 5A District Three Tournament championship.

Julio Hernandez, Weiser: The Wolverines qualified for state, finishing as the 4A District Three runner-up, with Hernandez combining for two goals and one assist in the semifinal and championship matches.
