VOLLEYBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Anneliese Baker, Victory Charter: In a five-set battle against Idaho City, Baker totaled 31 digs, 12 aces and seven kills.
Kielee Mack, Cascade: In a sweep of Greenleaf, the Ramblers’ senior setter contributed seven assists and four kills.
Aleksi Drollinger, Fruitland: In a pair of 4A SRV wins over McCall-Donnelly and Cole Valley Christian, the Grizzlies’ senior setter combined for 86 assists, 40 digs and five aces.
Lauren Nelson, Notus: Broke the school record with 23 aces in a win over Gem State while adding 23 points, six assists and three digs.
Lacey Dougherty, Columbia: In wins over Bishop Kelly and Nampa and matches at the Best of the Best Tournament, Dougherty racked up 75 kills, 65 digs and eight aces.
Mikale Roy, Owyhee: In key 6A SIC wins over Centennial and Skyview, the Storm’s outside hitter contributed 44 kills, 31 digs, four aces and three blocks.
Eliana Ti’a, Centennial: In a five-set loss to 6A SIC leader Owyhee, Ti’a totaled 27 kills.
London Armstrong, Rocky Mountain: She pounded out 10 kills with no errors in a 25-23, 2 f5-15, 25-22 sweep of Ridgevue.
Ava Walker, Capital: In a sweep of Kuna, Walker had four kills with no errors, plus 12 digs and seven aces. She then totaled 50 assists, 47 digs and 35 kills in a tournament in Spokane.
Alyssa Jackson, Kuna: The Kavemen’s senior libero accumulated more than 40 serve-receive passes and 17 digs with a 2.0 passing average in matches against Capital and Skyview.
