BASEBALL

Dillon Fine, Homedale: Struck out 14 in 6 ⅓ innings as part of a combined no-hitter in a 2-1 win over Fruitland.

Grayden Lucas, Skyview: Threw a seven-inning no-hitter and struck out 12 in a 1-0 win at Columbia in a battle atop the 4A SIC standings.

Lewis Orme, Kuna: Hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the seventh to lead the Kavemen to a 2-1 win over Centennial.

Sean Powers, Parma: Struck out 10 and held Homedale to one unearned run on five hits in a complete-game victory. He also went 6-for-9 at the plate with a double and three RBIs in three wins.

Hadley Smith, Bishop Kelly: Hit a walk-off single in the bottom of the eighth inning of the Knights’ 6-5 win over Columbia.

Robert Orloski, Middleton: Threw a five-inning, four-hit shutout and struck out seven in an 18-0 win at Capital. He also went 4-for-9 with three doubles, two RBIs and eight stolen bases in three games.

Cameron Strong, Payette: Struck out 12 in five innings while holding McCall-Donnelly to one unearned run on two hits in a 12-1 victory.

Izaiah Stewart-Kasper, Ridgevue: Lifted the Warhawks to a 3-2 win over Caldwell with a walk-off sacrifice fly. He also doubled as part of a 2-for-3 game.

Layth Bromgard, Horseshoe Bend: Homered and drove in four runs in a 9-4 win over Glenns Ferry. He went 3-for-6 with two doubles and six RBIs in two games.

Haiden Delong, Timberline: Threw six one-hit, shutout innings while striking out eight in an 8-0 win at Nampa.

Jake Robinson, Borah: Went 6-for-13 with four doubles and four RBIs to lead the Lions to a 2-1 record for the week.

Dresden Wood, Marsing: Went 5-for-7 with a double, four RBIs and two stolen bases to lead the Huskies to wins over Cole Valley Christian and Vision Charter.
