FOOTBALL
Westyn Smith, Emmett: The senior ran for 220 yards and three TDs to lead the Huskies to a come-from-behind, 50-27 win over Middleton. He also caught two passes for 25 yards, made seven tackles and defended two passes.
Ty Frickey, Nampa: The junior turned three passes and turned them into 139 yards and three touchdowns in the Bulldogs’ 47-21 win over Ridgevue.
Diego Rodriguez, Wilder: The senior quarterback racked up seven total TDs to lead the Wildcats to a 64-54 win over Idaho City. Trailing 42-14 at halftime, he finished 20-of-28 for 356 yards and five TDs. He also ran for two TDs, made eight tackles and forced a fumble.
Avery Downey, Capital: The junior backup QB rode to the rescue after an injury, completing 10-of-17 passes for 157 yards and two TDs, adding 61 yards and two more rushing scores. He led the Eagles to a 25-0 win over Timberline, clinching the 5A SIC East Division title.
Willy Shirts, Weiser: The junior ran for 177 yards and two TDs on 26 carries to carry the Wolverines to a 28-7 win over McCall-Donnelly.
Colten Meyer, Horseshoe Bend: The junior racked up five total touchdowns in the Mustangs’ 56-20 win over Tri-Valley. He threw for 249 yards and four TDs, adding 65 rushing yards and another score.

VOLLEYBALL
Kylie Taylor, Eagle: The senior led the Mustangs in digs in wins over Kuna and Wood River, finishing the week with 39 digs and five aces.
Alyssa Christensen, New Plymouth: The senior racked up 17 kills, nine digs, three blocks and three aces in a five-set win over Cole Valley Christian. She finished with a 95% serving percentage.
Brooke Johnson, Parma: The senior led the Panthers to a revenge victory over Fruitland, which spoiled Parma’s perfect record earlier this year. She finished two matches last week with 23 kills, 17 digs, eight blocks and four aces.

BOYS SOCCER
Cris Cornejo, Weiser: The senior found the back of the net twice in the Wolverines’ 2-1 victory over Fruitland.
Damian Arguello, Caldwell: The senior surpassed 100 career goals with a hat trick in the Cougars’ 5-1 win over Middleton in the first round of the 4A District Three Tournament.
Jack Goode, Boise: The senior scored twice to lead the Brave to a 6-0 win over Mountain View in the first round of the 5A District Three Tournament.
Osmar Gomez, Vallivue: The senior racked up three goals and one assist in a 9-0 rout of Columbia in the first round of the 4A District Three Tournament.

GIRLS SOCCER
Sophie Schmautz, Bishop Kelly: The freshman recorded a hat trick in a 5-1 win over Middleton that wrapped up a regular-season conference title for the Knights. She finished the week with four goals and two assists in three games.
Addi Wyatt, Middleton: The senior scored five times on senior night in a 10-0 victory over Ridgevue.
Kelsey Oyler, Rocky Mountain: The senior racked up five goals and 10 assists in three games last week. That includes a goal and five assists in the first round of the 5A District Three Tournament.
Audrey Taylor, Timberline: The junior made four saves and made the game-winning save in penalty kicks to lead the Wolves to a 1-1 (6-5 on PKs) win over Centennial in the first round of the 5A District Three Tournament.

CROSS COUNTRY
Nathan Green, Borah: The senior won a boys’ dual with Timberline in 15 minutes, 38.46 seconds. It’s the third fastest time in Idaho this season.
Spencer Ord, Mountain View: The senior set a personal record and won a boys’ dual with Eagle in 15:48.21.
Brody Kemble, Middleton: The junior won a boys dual with Rocky Mountain in 16:13.6.
Lizzie Dildine, Eagle: The reigning 5A state champion set a personal record at 17:34.34 in a girls’ dual with Mountain View. It’s the fastest time by a girl in Idaho this season.
Allie Bruce, Boise: The freshman won a girls’ tri-meet with Capital and Skyview in 17:53.04.
Cassandra Vasquez, Nampa: The senior finished first at 18:49.5 in a girls’ tri-meet with Meridian and Vallivue.

SWIMMING
Libby Breckon, Centennial: The senior broke a school record in the 50 freestyle previously held by Olympian Breeja Larson. She set the new record at 24.8 seconds.
