Boise State has its first quarterback from the Class of 2025. He’s a 3-star recruit
Boise State has a quarterback recruit from the Class of 2025.
Senior Hezekiah Millender from Clarke Central High in Athens, Georgia, verbally committed to Boise State on Tuesday night.
The 247Sports three-star recruit chose the Broncos from the list of his final three schools, which also included Georgia State and Akron, according to 247Sports.
Millender is a 6-foot-3, 195-pound QB who spent most of his high school career in Goodyear, Arizona, before moving to Georgia for his senior year. He led Clarke Central to a 42-3 victory in his first start last week, according to 247Sports, passing for 152 yards and rushing for over 100 yards and three touchdowns.
The verbal commitment is a big get for Broncos head coach Spencer Danielson, who was without a quarterback from the Class of 2025. Last week, Boise State received a verbal commitment from Class of 2026 quarterback Jackson Presley from Glacier High in Kalispell, Montana.
