AC Boise unveils 3 new jerseys. Get a sneak peek before the club’s debut game
Athletic Club Boise released three new jerseys ahead of its debut game Saturday in Florida against the Sarasota Paradise.
Idaho’s first professional soccer team will don a white-and-green away jersey for its first match. The club also unveiled two new goalkeeper kits in a press release Wednesday.
The away jersey features a white background with green horizontal lines inspired by the state’s agricultural roots and meant to reflect layered fields, according to the press release.
The main goalkeeper kit features a red-and-green option with embedded Basque textile designs in honor of the region’s Basque heritage. An alternate goalkeeper jersey is known as “bluebird days,” an ice blue look that mimics a bright blue sky that follows snow.
“Every kit we create is meant to feel distinctly Idaho — something you couldn’t mistake for anywhere else,” said kit designer Jennie Telleria, the CEO of Against, a Boise-based creative agency. “It’s about honoring the stories, cultures, and landscapes that make this place special, and making sure our players carry that with them every time they step on the field.”
The three new jerseys add to the club’s black home jersey unveiled in December. Only the home jersey is available for sale on the team’s website thus far.
Men’s and women’s jerseys are $110, with a youth jersey at $65.
