Idaho State Police: Wednesday car crash along Canyon County road kills two juveniles
Idaho State Police say a car crash in Canyon County killed two juveniles Wednesday afternoon.
Just before 3 p.m. Wednesday, troopers were dispatched to a two-vehicle crash on Missouri Avenue between Sky Ranch Road and Rim Road in Canyon County south of Lake Lowell, according to a news release from ISP.
Troopers learned the two vehicles involved were a Toyota pickup truck and a Dodge Ram pickup truck. The ISP release did not say what caused the crash.
Inside the Toyota were two juveniles, who both died at the scene. The sole occupant of the Ram pickup was an adult who was uninjured in the crash. All of those involved were wearing seat belts.
Troopers said the roadway was blocked for roughly three hours after the crash. The crash remains under investigation by ISP.
