Coroner identifies 38-year-old Boise man killed after being struck by vehicle on Fairview

The Ada County Coroner’s Office has identified a Boise man who was killed in an auto-pedestrian crash late Sunday night.

Bryan Dale Adams, 38, was pronounced dead at 10:38 p.m. on Sunday after he was reportedly struck by an SUV while crossing Fairview Avenue. He died at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center of traumatic blunt force injuries, according to the coroner’s office.

The crash occurred near the intersection of Fairview Avenue and Raymond Street around 10 p.m., according to a news release from the Boise Police Department. Raymond is midway between Cole and Curtis roads.

The driver of the vehicle, a 72-year-old man, stayed at the scene and cooperated with police, according to BPD.

Alcohol is not believed to be a factor. The crash remained under investigation Monday.
