The Boise Police Department is asking the public for help identifying a “person of interest” nearly two months after a downtown Boise fight left a man with “serious injuries,” according to a news release from the agency.

Officers from the Boise Police Department responded to a report of a fight outside of the Idaho Central Arena on March 29 as people exited the building, according to the news release. Police quickly found a man who suffered several injuries, and the victim was taken to a local hospital and was treated for “serious but not life-threatening injuries,” police said.

Detectives said they’ve followed up on “several leads” and are now asking for the public’s help identifying the man. Anyone with any information is asked to call the Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.
