The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a disturbance at about 10:45 p.m. Friday at The Haunted World on the 20000 block of Northside Boulevard in Caldwell.

On-site security personnel informed deputies that a man had been detained after reportedly brandishing a handgun at multiple juveniles following an argument earlier in the evening.

During an interview with the suspect, identified as 37-year-old Joshua K. Lockner of Boise, Lockner is said to have admitted to deputies that he had pulled a handgun on the youths during an argument.

Deputies also reported that Lockner was slurring his words and appeared to be intoxicated.

Lockner was booked into the Canyon County Jail on suspicion of five counts of felony aggravated assault and one of carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence. He is scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Canyon County Courthouse.
