Former Idaho ski area manager allegedly groped men, women, minors, complaint says
The now-former manager of an Idaho ski area allegedly groped several people, including two minors, in January, according to a criminal complaint filed in Valley County earlier this week.
In a document filed Monday, Valley County officials claim Brad Larsen, who was hired as the general manager at Tamarack Resort in 2015, committed sexual battery against seven individuals. According to the complaint, each of the batteries occurred on Jan. 26.
Larsen has since resigned from Tamarack, according to a Monday statement from resort president Jon Reveal.
The document alleges that Larsen touched five women, a man, a 17-year-old boy and a 14-year-old girl without any of the victims’ consent. He’s accused of touching the women and minors on the buttocks, thighs and chest, leading to each of the seven sexual battery charges. He also faces a misdemeanor charge of “unlawful touching” for groping the man’s pectoral muscle, the document shows.
It’s not clear if the incidents occurred at the resort, though several of the victims’ social media accounts show they work or have worked at Tamarack.
The Statesman does not identify victims of alleged sexual assaults.
