Did you see Lori Vallow or her children in Yellowstone? The FBI is asking for your photos
While Lori Vallow Daybell awaits trial for the disappearance of her children, the FBI and Rexburg Police are asking for the public’s help as they continue to search for the children.
Anyone who may have visited Yellowstone National Park on Sept. 8 is asked to submit photos and videos taken to the FBI. Police say Tylee Ryan, 17, and JJ Vallow, 7, were seen there with their mother and uncle, Alex Cox.
The children haven’t been seen since then, and their mother has failed to tell authorities where they are. The family was last seen traveling in a silver 2017 Ford F-150 pickup with the Arizona license plate CPQUINT.
Law enforcement is asking for any photos or video that may have captured photos of the family or their vehicle in the background.
The FBI has created a website, FBI.gov/Rexburg, where park visitors can upload their photos and video of their trip to Yellowstone.
Lori Vallow Daybell was arrested last month in Hawaii on Idaho felony charges of child abandonment. She is set to appear in court in Madison County on Friday.
Police also have said Vallow Daybell, 46, and her husband, Chad Daybell, have lied about the children’s whereabouts.
Vallow Daybell’s estranged husband, Charles Vallow, was shot and killed in Phoenix last July by her brother, Alex Cox. Cox, who claimed the shooting was in self-defense, died of unknown causes in December. Cox traveled to Yellowstone with the children and his sister in September.
The public is asked to continue reporting tips in this case to the Rexburg Police Department at 208-359-3000 or the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children at 1-800-8435678 (1-800-THE-LOST).
