Boise man charged with sexually abusing a minor. Police say there might be other victims

Police said in a news release Friday that they believe a Boise man accused of sexual abusing a minor could have more victims.

James Kelly Gregory, 54, faces felony charges of lewd conduct with a minor under 16 and sexual abuse of a minor under 16.

According to the Boise Police Department, the charges stem from a September report that Gregory “had inappropriate contact with a child in his care” at a residence on the 3900 block of W. Alpine Street.

Officers learned that Gregory reportedly baby-sat a neighbor’s children. They believe he might have other victims.
