The Ada County Coroner’s Office released the name of a man who died in a Thursday car crash in Kuna.

Jeremiah Tilford, a 19-year-old Caldwell resident, died of traumatic blunt-force injuries, according to a release from the coroner’s office. His death was an accident, the office said.

Tilford was driving east on Kuna Mora Road early Thursday morning, when he moved his 1992 Honda Accord into the westbound lane to get around two vehicles in front of him, according to the Ada County Sheriff’s Office.

His car collided with a 2012 Ford Edge traveling westbound. A car in the eastbound lane was also hit, according to the sheriff’s office. The 44-year-old driver of the Ford and the 26-year-old driver and 49-year-old passenger in the third car were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.

The Ada County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.
