Boise & Garden City

Priciest homes in Boise for sale for over $5 million. Here are some of the most expensive

If you have a few million dollars to spare on a new home, good news: Boise has no shortage of options.

A drive up into the Boise Foothills sits the city’s most expensive home currently on the market: a $6.5 million ranch tucked into the forested mountainside that borders Mores Creek. The house is at 30 Green Ranch Road and sits on over 80 acres of timber, meadows, creeks and ponds.

The 4,349-square-foot ranch features a chef-style kitchen, three bedrooms, and three additional cabins fitted with power and water. An outside deck overlooks a pond and features an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, while a four-stall horse barn, hay storage, machine and tool shop, gazebo, and covered storage all also feature on the property.

Boise’s next most expensive home is a little closer to downtown. Sitting in the Boise Heights neighborhood that overlooks downtown Boise, 146 W. Skylark Drive is just two miles from downtown.

For an asking price of $5.45 million, if sold, the house would become one of the most expensive houses in the downtown Boise area.

Here are Boise’s most expensive homes on the market right now, according to Redfin.
