Boise police find missing Washington County teen last seen near Towne Square mall

Police throughout Idaho were searching for a Washington County teen who was last seen in Boise, and she was found on Thursday.

The Boise Police Department was on the lookout for Aurora Hale, a 14-year-old from Weiser. Hale was missing since Monday and was last seen at a Starbucks on Franklin Road in Boise, according to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. She said she was going to meet a friend at the nearby Boise Towne Square mall.

Boise police indicated in a tweet that Hale was found safe on Thursday.

Police had said Hale was traveling on foot and carrying several bags, and was possibly traveling with her dog, a husky and malamute mix.
