Boise
Silvercreek Realty Group is remodeling the 1930s Guernsey Dairy Milk Depot at 2419 W. State St. for use as a real estate office.
The depot, built in the same Spanish colonial revival style as the Boise Train Depot, was designed by famed Boise architects Tourtelotte and Hummel and dates from 1937. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1982.

Barber Valley Development is building The Eno at Harris Ranch, a three-story condominium building with 40,354 square feet at 3850 E. Haystack St.
The $6.5 million building will have 30 living units, split between studios and one-, two- and three-bedroom units with 585 square feet to 1,354 square feet apiece. Units are already for sale, starting in the mid-$200,000 range.

Boise’s Planning and Development Services has suspended in-person inspections of the interior of occupied homes..
Mark Lavin, director of the department, said the suspension, which is “until further notice,” is a result of the significant increase in COVID-19 cases in Ada Count.
Inspections that can be accessed from the outside with safe social distancing may still occur, Lavin said in a news release. Virtual inspections may also be an option, Lavin wrote, using photos, videos, or video conferencing calls. Inspectors have discretion in requesting to reschedule an inspection if safety precautions are not met.

Kuna
Westpark Cos. requested that Kuna annex of 164 acres at the northwest, northeast and southeast corners of Locust Grove and Hubbard roads for a proposed development of more than 500 houses, plus a school site.

On behalf of CBH Homes, Trilogy Development asked Kuna to approval a 67-acre subdivision called Fossil Creek, which would include 272 houses near the southwest corner of Ten Mile and West Deer Flat roads. The development would be build in four phases.
Meridian
Clint Hansen and Vincent Blommer of Meridain asked the city to annex an acre of land they own at 1625 E. Bentley Drive, north of Interstate 84 and east of South Locust Grove Road, and rezone it to commercial to allow for the construction of an office building.
The parcel is now zoned for residential use in unincorporated Ada County.

The Meridian First Baptist Church is adding a 6,650 square foot family ministry center to its existing building at 428 Pine Ave.
The addition is estimated to cost $2 million, according to a city building permit.

Cameron General Contractors Inc. applied to annex and rezone 10 acres at southeast corner of Linder Road and West Temple Drive to build a 130-unit retirement community called Willow Run.
The Eagle City Council will hold a public hearing on the proposal at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 28, at City Hall, 660 E. Civic Road.
