Will the 3rd time be a charm for Boise Boys reality show on HGTV?
The pilot episode of a possible new HGTV reality series will air again July 9.
The “Boise Boys” pilot episode follows contractors Clint Robertson and Luke Caldwell, who own Timber and Love, as they renovate and sell houses in Boise.
The show’s first airing on a Sunday afternoon in May drew 1.28 million viewers — the 25th highest rating of all cable shows that day.
Robertson said the third airing is “the final hurdle to get over” before the home-and-garden network would decide to pick up the show for a first season.
The episode airs Sunday at noon on satellite television (Dish or DirecTV) and at 3 p.m. on cable.
“If that goes like everything else, we’ll be talking about a whole new ball game,” Robertson said.
