2019 Best Men’s Clothing: Dillard’s

Dillard’s takes the top spot in this category in a tight race for best place to shop for men’s clothing. This mall anchor store’s women’s shoe department also scored a runner-up position for Best Shoe Store this year. Based out of Little Rock, Ark., William T. Dillard founded the first store in 1938 as a five-and-dime store before developing it into a full-fledged department store. Once the company went public in 1969, it expanded rapidly by situating itself as suburban anchor stores across the country. There are now almost 300 stores in 29 states. Dillard’s features clothing, footwear, bedding, furniture, jewelry, beauty products, housewares and much, much more.
