2019 Best Running Event: The Race to Robie Creek

As legend has it, a group of about 25 friends got together on a hot August night in 1975 and went on a “fun run” up Rocky Canyon to Robie Creek. A few years later, there was a second running of the half marathon, and ever since then “The Toughest Race in the Northwest” has become an annual rite of spring for Treasure Valley runners – who sometimes become walkers along the way. The 43rd rd Race to Robie Creek will take place on April 18, 2020, at high noon. Wear good shoes.
