Imagine this scenario: Your lifelong friends just pulled into your driveway for a short vacation right as your boss calls and says she needs you to come into work. No worries. Just point them to the Greenbelt and tell them to enjoy their day. Who knows where they’ll end up or what they’ll see. Perhaps they’ll spot an eagle near Barber Park or a heron near Willow Lane Athletic Complex. Maybe they’ll find a patio along the river, and enjoy a lunch under the sun. Pick a stretch of the Greenbelt. Any stretch. They’ll leave impressed.
