This ‘incredible‘ sandwich shop opened months ago in Meridian. Now it’s for sale
A highly rated new sandwich shop in Meridian could be toast.
For the sake of the Boise-area lunch scene, let’s hope not.
Fratelli Deli, which opened last September at 2970 N. Eagle Road, has been listed for sale. The asking price: $258,000. The business isn’t named, but its identity is clear.
Described as a “turnkey sandwich shop/versatile QSR (quick service restaurant) location,” it is “ready to operate as-is or easily convert into your dream restaurant concept!” the listing says.
“This well-established sandwich shop is now available and offers incredible flexibility for the next owner. Keep it running as a successful sandwich business with loyal customers or transform it into any quick service restaurant (QSR) concept — burgers, pizza, tacos, fried chicken, Mediterranean, salads, poke, or anything else you envision.”
How about this vision? No changes! Since its debut last year in the former Poke Bowl space near Trader Joe’s, Fratelli Deli has earned strong ratings of 4.6 out of 5 stars on both Yelp and Google. “My sandwich is absolutely incredible,” a recent Yelp reviewer wrote, adding, “... I won’t forget about this sandwich for a long time.”
With luck, Fratelli Deli won’t wind up a memory. To be safe, go grab a sandwich right now. Especially one on the house-baked Dutch crunch bread.
You’ll be supporting a local restaurant. Everyone knows it’s a challenging industry.
The reason for selling, according to the listing? “Moving back to our home state.”
