It’s time to ‘celebrate.’ This original vendor just closed at Boise’s food hall

One of the original vendors at the Warehouse Food Hall closed after a final day Sunday.

But there’s no need for regulars to shed any tears.

As Wok N’ Roll posted on Instagram, “we want to celebrate with you!”

The Asian concept is moving across the street. Exiting the Warehouse, Wok N’ Roll plans to open its own restaurant at 345 S. 8th St. No firm date has been revealed, but Wok N’ Roll promises a soft opening is “coming soon” at the new storefront. The 2,774-square-foot space is the former home of Clucks Nashville Hot Chicken and, before that, Meraki Greek Street Food.

Started as a food trailer, Wok N’ Roll was one of the original vendors at the Warehouse when it opened in summer 2022. Combining Thai and other Asian cuisines (plus a Mexican twist), it offers a fun menu focused on signature and build-your-own bowls, tacos (including “phacos,” aka pho tacos) and more.

Wok N’ Roll rates 4 out of 5 stars on Google and 3.6 out of 5 on Yelp.

“It’s quick, easy, and delicious,” a Yelp reviewer wrote earlier this year. “Wok N’ Roll has many different Asian fusion options, though I always opted for a build-your-own rice bowl with tofu, vegetables and their sweet and spicy “kickin’” sauce. It’s a perfect, quick and (relatively) healthy meal.”

Ever hard of a “phaco”? It’s a pho taco. You can get them at Wok N’ Roll.
