The Warehouse Food Hall officially is whetting appetites.
The downtown Boise culinary hub has announced its opening time and date: 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 12.
Launching with a dozen food and beverage vendors, The Warehouse, 370 S. 8th St., has space for more than 20 hospitality and retail tenants. It’s owned by Wisconsin-based Geronimo Hospitality Group.
Common seating and amenities will be available throughout the large destination. Outdoor patio relaxation will be an option when weather permits, according to a press release.
“The Warehouse is giving some local start-up restaurants and food-truck concepts a brick-and-mortar location to really grow their businesses and serve an even larger audience,” said Klaus Nitsch, vice president of restaurant operations for Geronimo Hospitality Group. “The Warehouse is unlike anything else you’ll find in this area. We’re excited to give locals and visitors alike a brand-new culinary experience that will keep them coming back for more.”
